How many guests can stay at Holzhaus 171?
The house is set up for two to four guests, with two bedrooms across 78 m². A baby cot is available. The rate is for the whole house and depends on the number of guests.
What is the minimum stay?
You can book from 3 nights.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3 pm, check-out by 11 am.
Are there any discounts?
The standard rate applies to 2 guests. Each additional guest costs €13.75 (winter) or €9.50 (spring, summer, autumn) more per night; for 1 guest the rate is correspondingly lower. Regular guests receive a 5 % discount.
How much is the tourist tax?
The tourist tax is €3 per day for each guest aged 15 and over. It is charged in addition to the accommodation price.
How much is the deposit?
The deposit is 20% and is due within 5 days of booking.
What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 2 months before arrival and the deposit is refunded. After that, fees apply: up to 1 month before arrival 40%, up to 1 week before arrival 70%, and in the final week 90% of the total price.
How do I book and where can I see available dates?
There are two ways: online via booking & more / Tiroler Zugspitz Arena Tourist Board, the tourist board’s booking platform – you will then receive the booking confirmation from there, and you will find booked and free dates at the bottom left under “Show availability”. Or directly with Wolfgang and Barbara by email to info@holzhaus171.at.

Yes, Wi-Fi is free of charge.
Are pets allowed?
No, pets are not allowed.
Is smoking allowed in the house?
No, smoking is not permitted inside the house.

Yes, under the carport right next to the house.
